No Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing bareGlo Studio for your skin care needs. We value your trust in our products and services, and we strive to provide the best experience possible. As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have formulated the following No Refund Policy:
Product Purchases: All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchased products. If you encounter any issues with a product, please contact our team, and we will be glad to assist you with a suitable solution.
Skin Care Services: For skin care services rendered, we do not offer refunds. Our team of experienced aestheticians ensures to deliver excellent service, and we strive to meet your expectations. However, if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with a particular service, please inform us immediately, and we will work diligently to address your concerns and find a satisfactory
Afterpay Service - Cherry: Any purchases made through our Afterpay service, Cherry, are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel or change a service, we offer a gift card as credit for future use. This gift card will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase and can be utilized towards any other service of your choice. It will be valid for one year from the date of issue. After three months of not showing up bareGlo is not obligated to provide credits or services. If client misses appointments, clients are allowed only three make up appointments after that, we are not obligated to accommodate any more once the three make up appointments have been offered and provided for.
Gift Cards and Packages: Gift cards and service packages purchased at bareGlo Studio are non-refundable and non-transferable. They hold no cash value and are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Being that this is a small business, your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. It is understandable that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 72 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for rescheduling and 72 hours for cancellation of appointment.
ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHOUT 72 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
If your card declines, you will have to pay the cancellation fee before your next appointment. If you do not pay the day of you will be required to pay at your next booking appointment and you will also have to pay up front for services. All treatments, services and products are non-refundable.
We recognize that time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
CONSENT AGREEMENT
Although this is “rare” I acknowledge that my skin might experience temporary irritation, tightness, redness or slight swelling which usually dissipates within 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity.
I acknowledge that if I am allergic to one or more ingredients I should let my licensed esthetician know prior to servicing before the products are used, If not I may experience an allergic reaction.
I acknowledge that if I fail to use a minimal sunscreen (SPF30), I am more susceptible to sunburn, skin damage & hyperpigmentation. I should avoid excessive sun exposure especially between 10am-2pm.
I acknowledge that this treatment is strictly elective cosmetic procedure and no medical claims have been expressed or implied.
I acknowledge that I should avoid the use of Retin-A type products, aggressive exfoliation, waxing, and products containing acids that are no part of the recommended take-home regimen for 2-4 weeks following treatment.
I consent (to the best of my knowledge) that the answers I have given are correct and that I have not withheld any information that may be relevant to my treatment. I give consent for all future treatments
I release bareGlo Studio and its staff of any liability associated with any injuries and /or current and future conditions resulting from the skincare procedures or products.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to inform our professionals of any skincare concerns prior to servicing, remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which will result in a cancellation fee, thank you.
