Rescheduling & Cancellations

Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. It is understandable that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for rescheduling and 72 hours for cancellation of appointment. 

ANY APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.  ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

If your card declines, you will have to pay the cancellation fee before your next appointment. If you do not pay the day of you will be required to pay at your next booking appointment and you will also have to pay up front for services. All treatments, services and products are non-refundable. 

We recognize that time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee, thank you.

  • I do not use the card on file to charge that is only for deposits to secure your spot, the day of your appointment you must have your credit card or cash “Only” for the remaining amount.

  • Rescheduled appointments are allowed, must be given a notice 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in no longer being able to book.

  • No Extra guest. Only one person is allowed in the room at a time. 

  • No eye makeup upon arriving to your lash lift appointment.

  • If you no longer want services please cancel 72 hrs in advance.

  • If later then 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
